Using traditional methods of sun drying, or through more conventional methods of dryers and dehydrators, the fruits and their nutritional content are preserved. Feeding dried fruits to your pet bird or Parrot provides virtually the same nutritional value as providing fresh fruits, plus they can be stored for much longer making them a convenient alternative.
